Bob Hesketh earned his PhD in Canadian History from the University of Alberta in 1993. He spent the next two years researching and writing Major C.H. Douglas and Alberta Social Credit Ideology and editing two books on Canadian history. He is also co-developer of the massive digital history, Canada, Confederation to Present.

Bob co-founded Chinook Multimedia in 1997. As CEO, his vision of the key role that digital technologies are playing in how we understand, produce, and communicate information has provided the leadership required to develop and sustain Chinook Multimedia. He directed Chinook Multimedia's growth from e-Learning to include web design and development, web and e-Learning consulting, and graphic design and branding.

Bob serves as project manager or assistant project manager on most Chinook Multimedia projects.
