Description
Exciton Technologies, a biotechfirm specializing in wound care products that incorporate silver in high valance states for superior antimicrobial activity, required a new website that would better feature its products and technologies. Excitontech's leading products are exsalt™ SD7 Wound Dressing and SILVAsan™, a concentrate disinfectant and cleaner.
Challenges
Exciton Technologies wanted to build it new website in two phases. Phase 1 had to provide the company with improved promotional capabilities for its products and technologies as well as enhanced search engine optimization. Phase 2 will later include online ordering and sales for members of the general public and medical personnel, depending on their country of origin. Edmonton web design company Chinook Multimedia planned the website architecture and graphics to enable the second phase of development without an expensive rebuild of the entire website.
